Privacy policy
Effective October 31, 2026
Sparks and Cheety is a YouTube show for children. We take kids' privacy seriously, so we keep this simple: we don't collect personal information from anyone, children included.
This website
This site has no accounts, forms, comments, cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking. It sets nothing in your browser. Like any website, it is served by a hosting provider (Cloudflare), which may briefly keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use those logs to identify anyone.
Our videos on YouTube
The episodes are hosted on YouTube and marked "made for kids". When you watch them, YouTube and Google handle any data under Google's privacy policy; we don't receive information about who watches.
How our tools use YouTube data
The team behind the show uses its own software, "Sparks and Cheety Studio", to manage the channel. It signs in with the channel owner's own Google account and asks only for read-only access to that channel's videos and analytics. It reads each video's status (public or private, made for kids, captions) and totals such as views and watch time per video per day, to decide what to make next.
- It never reads data about individual viewers, and it doesn't access anyone else's account.
- The sign-in token stays on the owner's own computer, in its secure keychain.
- The data isn't sold, shared, or used for advertising.
- Its use of data from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- The owner can remove its access at any time from Google account permissions.
Children
We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or anyone else), and nothing on this site asks for it.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. Questions can reach us through the channel's page on YouTube.
